Even though, my outfits are not always can be described as ‘casual’, most of the time I do wear simplistic outfits and only from time to time have a courage to try on some sharp looks. In the beginning of every new season, I always find it hard to understand what are the key trends, what I need to buy and how I want my wardrobe to look for the next 3 or more months. I always wait a bit to see what trends I really like and which ones I don’t think will fit me or my aesthetics at all. However, every time I buy an edgy and super trendy piece, I need to be sure that it could be easily infused into at leasy one of my favourite casual looks. Same thing happened with these fringed jeans, I had some doubts before purchasing, but I after I figured out 3 ways to wear them casually, I knew it was a match made in heaven.

So what are my tips to make casual outfit interesting?
1. If you are too lazy to create a complicated, layered outfit and want to go with timeless ‘jeans+simple top’ combination, make sure one of these items has an interesting cut or a detail that will help it to stand out. In my case – fringed hem of the jeans. This will instantly add a sprinkle of ‘hype’ to your outfit and even though you will still feel comfortable wearing it, your style will be on point, as well.
2. Fashion accessories are flexible. By adding a statement bag to your outfit, you are instantly levelling up your outfit to the ‘high-quality’ look . Even Primark tee can look expensive when mixed with the latest Gucci bag. And this is my philosophy, you don’t really need to buy only designer clothes to make your outfit look expensive, just one bag or pair of statement shoes can dramatically change the whole feeling of your outfit.
3. Don’t over-plan your outfit. Sometimes planning your look way ahead and carefully picking every detail makes your outfit an opposite of ‘interesting’. If you are going with a polished outfit, then let your hairstyle be effortless, that will perfectly balance the whole look .
