I knew that the style of old days of Mtv & iconic VMA looks of 00’s will come back. It always seemed that we’ll have to wait for awhile for it to happen. But here we are, rocking our denim mini dresses and Bermudas, straight legs and utility dresses, crop tops and bucket hats. Jean is the material of this summer for sure.
There was a major emphasis on retro-looking denim on the S/S 20 runways. Jeans exuded an upcycled, lived-in vibe. If they look like they are straight from the vintage shop, then you nailed it.
Bermudas are not going anywhere, so go through your denim treasury and see if there is any tired pair of jeans that is looking to start a new, ‘shorter’ life.
