Dried Herb

Remember the posts I’ve made about AW15 colours chosen by Pantone University? You can read it HERE and HERE. Today I’m showing you my variation on how to wear ‘Dried Herb’ shade this autumn.

An olive green once thought of as strictly safari or military, Dried Herb is elevated this season to be sophisticated and chic. Closely related to nature, Dried Herb is an organic shade redolent of nature’s earthy fragrances. Some people assume that ‘Dried Herb’ is a fancy name for Khaki, which is not completely wrong, but khaki is an overused word in fashion industry, so it’s always good to have a posh substitute.

‘Dried Herb’ in my opinion goes with majority of autumn colours that we are used to wear during colder months: brown, beige, black, grey, and even white! – they all will work when paired with olive green hue.

I also can’t not to mention my new boots that I bought off eBay couple of days ago. This is actually my very first Chanel item in my wardrobe, hopefully not the last either, and I’m so happy about these shoes: quality and comfort are on top. Do you like them as much as I do?
