Meet Me By The Sea

VITAMIN SEA

The heatwave in the UK continues, so the most logical escape from the unbearable city smog was to run away to the real waves. Even if just for a day. The last time I’ve been at the seaside in England was when I still had my long locks, so you can imagine how much time has passed since then. This time, we’ve decided to explore one of the most photographed spot of the U.K., which is the ‘Durdle Door’, cliff that literally looks like a door to the infinity. In these photos you won’t see the cliff itself, but the beautiful beach by it’s base. The nature, the sea, everything looks so unreal there, it’s definitely recommended for the visit.

When we were packing for this short but exciting trip, I didn’t know how much hike we will have to do to eventually get to the beach. The answer is: a lot. The hardest part is the way back, which is 30 mins hike uphill.

However, my outfit was so beach-perfect, that in the end, I wasn’t disappointed about my choice at all. I went for the light, romantic scalloped dress by & Other Stories, with my all time fav Zara straw bag. But the spotlight stealer were my new shoes by PROF. The gorgeous woven wedge sandals, that truly are the most bohemian shoes I own at the moment. They are very convenient to wear, they look a bit chunky, but are super light and the chunkiness only make your legs look smaller and longer. I’m sure you will see more of them in my next Summer looks, because I’m obsessed!
