Today I wanted to tell you about my experience at Move Your Frame ‘Reformed Pilates Class’.
Label PR kindly invited me to attend the event that was held at The King’s Cross ‘Move Your Frame‘ studio. I was interested in attending, as I never tried Reformed Pilates before and from what I’ve seen on Insta and Youtube it seemed really advanced and challenging to me.
Reform pilates uses springs and pullies to add another dimension to regular pilates work outs, aiding the harder exercises and adding challenge when they’re mastered. Improving tone, flexibility and even lengthening, it’s a great work out with loads of benefits. These beds might seem like some torturing mechanisms, but in reality – it’s not that hard at all.
I was absolutely surprised by how the slow, controlled exercises really tested my balance and endurance and I really did sweat! It was such a good work out and I was full of endorphins afterwards and so ready for a good breakfast.
Our hour workout was followed by an amazingly healthy breakfast of acai bowls and protein pancakes, both of which I was pleasantly surprised by and would definitely be ok with if I had to eat them daily. Over the delicious brunch we had the chance to browse through Swimwear 365’s summer look book which was full of so many – be sure to check out the whole collection here.
