This outfit might make you think that I played Tomb Rider for too long, and here comes the fun fact, I absolutely adore Lara Croft and I even dressed like her (with fake blood and camo pants and all that entourage) for a Halloween 3 years ago (btw, I enjoyed every second of it). So today there is definitely another Lara-inspired outfit, but that one that is actually pretty streetstyle-friendly.
If you only buy one pair of pants this season, a design with a paper-bag waist will surely make you feel like a star. The trendy detail will instantly give your outfits a dramatic flair. The best part about paper-bag-waist pants: The frilly silhouette is usually followed up with roomy pant legs that are extremely comfortable. So you’ll get a glamorous high-waist effect without feeling constricted.
To be honest, 2 years ago I would never imagine myself wearing that type of pants, even though I’m the biggest wide-pants fan, but the funny thing about fashion is that what you hated with all your heart years ago, today you crave the most.
